Automated reminders
Turn on evening-before and morning-of reminders so customers get an email or SMS confirming the job and arrival time. Fewer no-shows and less last-minute chasing; you control the channels (SMS and/or email) in Settings.
Digital invoicing
Create invoices from completed jobs and send payment links to customers. Invoices are tied to the job and to your records; you can track open, paid and overdue. SparkServ supports card payments via Stripe and a “mark as paid (cash)” option for cash jobs.
Integrated card payments
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through a secure checkout. You get payment confirmation and optional email receipts without handling card details. Job payments and your electrician subscription are both handled through the same Stripe integration.
Job management dashboard
Your diary shows jobs by day with duration, travel and status. You can lock or exclude jobs, run the scheduler to optimise the day, and see map view by date. Quotes, certificates and photos are linked to jobs so everything stays in one place.
Customer history
Past jobs, addresses and booking history are stored per customer. You can see what was done before, rebook easily and keep certificates and documents in the vault for customers to access when needed.
