SparkServ ("we", "our") provides a scheduling and job management platform for electricians and their customers. This policy explains how we use personal data when you use our website and services.

We also store booking and job details, payment-related records (e.g. that a payment was made; we do not store your full card number), and communications we send (e.g. booking confirmations and reminders). We use cookies and similar technology where needed to run the service (e.g. keeping you logged in).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the service: to create and manage your account, process bookings, send booking confirmations and job reminders (by email and/or SMS), manage invoices and payments, and support you when you contact us. We use third-party providers for hosting (e.g. Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and SMS (Twilio); they process data on our instructions to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

We process your data where necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the service), where we have a legitimate interest (e.g. security, improving the service), or where you have given consent (e.g. marketing, if we offer it). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
